REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Our Company offers one year Replacement Warranty for the product from the date of purchase.

How Warranty Works

The five operational parts of the machine carry One Year Replacement Warranty:

1. Machine Handle
2. Machine Head
3. Small Handle
4. Power Supply
5. Battery

( Brushes and pads are consumables and therefore not covered under warranty.)

After Receiving Your Complaint:

● Our technical team will connect with you to understand the Issue faced (may be on video call if necessary).

● If necessary we will dispatch new part to you via courier to your location and you have to return the old defective part to the courier on reverse pickup. Ensure that old defective part is packed in the same packing box in which new part was sent.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY:

1. The Company's Liability under the warranty will be limited only to defects that occur under conditions of normal operation and proper usage.

2. It excludes defects occurring because of abuse, fault care or inadequate maintenance, repair/ alternations to goods or parts by unauthorized Individual/ Agencies and the use of electric supply for which the goods are not designed.

3. Any breakage of plastic parts of the equipment is also excluded from warranty coverage.

4. The Customer will have no claim under warranty in respect of any personal injury, damage to property or consequential damages arising from utilization of the goods not in accordance with the user manual.

5. The Company liability under this warranty shall in NO event and under NO circumstances exceed the price paid by the customer to the company for the goods stated in the Invoice.
